Captain John Doe Podcast Monthly Merch Giveaway – Official Rules

Captain John Doe Podcast
Henderson, Nevada, USA

Eligibility:
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.

Giveaway Period:
The giveaway runs monthly from January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026. Each monthly entry period begins on the first day of the month at 12:00 a.m. PT and ends on the fourth Tuesday of the month at 11:59 p.m. PT.

How to Enter:
No purchase necessary to enter or win.

Participants may enter using any of the following methods:

  1. Instagram Entry:
    Follow @captainjohndoepodcast on Instagram, like the monthly giveaway post, and comment on the post during the entry period.

  2. Bonus Entry (Optional):
    Leave a review for the Captain John Doe Podcast on Apple Podcasts and send an Instagram direct message during the entry period with your review’s name.

  3. Free Alternate Method of Entry:
    Email your full name and email address to captainjohndoepodcast@gmail.com with the subject line “Monthly Giveaway Entry” during the entry period.

Limit one entry per person per method per month.

Prize:
One winner will receive Captain John Doe Podcast merchandise. Prize details may vary by month. Approximate retail value of each prize is under $100. No cash or prize substitutions are permitted.

Winner Selection and Notification:
One winner will be selected at random on the fourth Wednesday of each month from all eligible entries received. Winners will be notified via Instagram direct message or email within five days of the drawing. If a winner does not respond within seven days, an alternate winner may be selected.

Odds of Winning:
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for that month.

Shipping:
Prizes will be shipped to U.S. addresses only. Sponsor is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments.

General Conditions:
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the giveaway.
